Safe packaging

Food has different requirements from household goods — packaging follows the item.

Perishable goods

Items flagged as perishable are marked as such in the catalogue. When your basket contains them, we say so explicitly before purchase and ask you to confirm.

Shipped by the shop

Packing and shipping is done by the individual shop. An order placed with several shops ships separately and may arrive at different times.

Damage in transit

If something arrives damaged, report it from your order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
